See attached email from Pembrokeshire County Council / Engineering. Development control, regarding increased dwelling numbers.
In view of the impending relocation of Redhill School, the whole of the proposed development can now be accessed from Scarrowscant Lane. The existing planning permission does not include the Car Park of the School which is now included in the sale.
Interested parties should make their own enquiries of the Planning and Highways Departments of Pembrokeshire County Council (01437 764551).
The purchaser will be required to construct a new boundary within the car park of the former Redhill School to a design and specification to be approved by the Vendors.
We understand that there is a requirement of Affordable Housing at 20% of the permitted units, to be pepper-potted around the site.
The Vendors have already executed an Agreement dated 18 June 2012 with the County Council which stipulates £3,242 per dwelling which will be payable by the purchaser.
Each party to bear its own legal costs and charges.
The Vendor will reserve out of the sale the necessary easements and rights to connect to services for the benefit of their retained property.
