SERVICES

All main services are connected to each park home including mains gas, sewer, electricity and water. Underground British Telephone cabling is laid to each home.

Mains gas - metered to each park home, gas supplied by E-On who individually bill each resident for their gas consumed.

Mains electricity - metered to each park home and invoiced quarterly to each resident for electricity consumed based upon a "pass through basis".

Mains water and sewer - payable half yearly in arrears (April and October). Accounts received from Dwr Cymru/Welsh Water accurately apportioned betweeen all consumers on the park in accordance with occupancy. Details of recent charges available upon request.

CHILDREN

No children are allowed on the Park apart from occasional visiting and overnight staying grandchildren.

PETS

One small pet per Park Home is permitted at the discretion of the Park owners.

REFUSE COLLECTION

Collected from the Park on Monday mornings by the Local Authority.

GARDEN SHEDS

Metal garden sheds are permitted on our Park subject to a maximum size of 8' x 6'.

PLANNING

We have permanent planning consent for the siting of 38 Park homes permitting all year round occupation and a site licence granted by the Local Authority, both of which are readily available for inspection. The Park Owners and Developers are members of the British Holiday and Home Park Association.

GROUND RENT

The current ground rent amounts to £2,076.12 per annum. £173.01 payable calendar monthly in advance by direct debit. The ground rent is reviewed annually on the 1st April and linked to the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

COUNCIL TAX BANDING

Single park homes fall into Band B, the current Council Tax payable 2019/2020 amounts to £974.00 and twin park homes fall into Band C, The current Council Tax payable 2019/2020 amounts to £1113.00 per annum. There is a 25% deduction for single person occupancy on both single and twin park homes.

LOCAL SEARCHES AND SHOPPING FACILITIES

Kilgetty is well provided for by way of local services with its own Doctors Surgery, Ladies & Gentleman's hairdressers, Veterinary Surgeon, Community Hall and Laundrette. Chapels and Churches lie within the neighbouring village of Begelly.

Shopping facilities include Co-operative Supermarket, baker, convenience store, chemist, post office and newsagent. In addition there are stores specialising in the retail of textiles, carpets and car accessories/spares. Hyundai car dealership, and nearby petroleum filling station. Sporting facilities are provided upon the local cricket/football pitch with its own associated sports club. Nearby are the RAOB club and public houses.

The County town of Haverfordwest lies some 15 miles distant with major shopping facilities available in the nearby townships of Tenby, Narberth and Pembroke Dock.

HOSPITALS

Hospitals are situated at Haverfordwest (15 miles) and Carmarthen (20 miles). Werndale Private Hospital (15 milies).

RAMBLING/WALKING

Numerous scenic walks lie nearby, the Coastal National Park one mile distant from which access can be gained onto the footpath which runs the entire length of the Pembrokeshire Coastline. Popular beaches lie nearby at Amroth, Wisemans Bridge, Coppit Hall, Saundersfoot and Tenby.

TRANSPORT

Within the village is a small railway station and National Express coach stop complemented by a regular bus service. Taxi firms operate locally.

Tenby offers an 18 hole links course with other courses at Haverfordwest and Penally.
