We are seeking an experienced, full-time negotiator to join our busy team.
Main duties will include:
Drafting of sale particulars
Maintaining client contact
You will be based in both our Haverfordwest and Milford Haven offices with travel required to all corners of Pembrokeshire. You should have a full, clean UK license and you will be required to hold Business use class insurance on your own vehicle.
We use cloud-based software and phone systems, for which training will be given but the transition should be easy based on previous experience of property management systems. A working knowledge of Vebra systems and plan up floorplan software is an advantage (iPad provided) but not essential.
You will either have an MNAEA qualification, be working towards it or be willing to undertake such training - training materials and support from our expert surveying staff will be provided. There will also be shadowing opportunities on surveys to further understanding and knowledge of mortgage valuation principles and how they reflect in the appraisal environment.
You will be driven to succeed and be able to converse with people with ease with a friendly approach.
Renumeration is competitive with a salary reflective of your ability and experience. 28 days holiday per year (Inc. 8 bank holidays).
Working hours are 9:00 – 5:00 weekdays and 9:30 – 12:00 every third Saturday. Employee Assistance Programme provided by peninsula is in place.
