An opportunity has arisen for a chartered Surveyor or AssocRICS registered valuer to join our team.
You will have:
- Either MRICS or AssocRICS designations
- VRS registration
- Familiarity with RICS Home Survey Standards
- A full UK driving Licence
- 12 months post qualification experience
You will be responsible for undertaking valuations for our panel partners on dedicated systems (training provided), independent valuations for matrimonial, IHT, CGT etc. purposes. You will also undertake surveys and inspections for per-purchase, schedules of conditions.
Competitive salary depending on experience, training provided where required, professional fees paid and CPD. Equipment provided.
